- Media Release
- Student Personal Information
- Walking Permission
- District Technologies & Information Systems: Student Acceptable Use Agreement
- O365 Permission
Thank you to the families who have completed the online district consent forms. With your consent, your child is now able to participate on class walks around the neighborhood, use school computers, or be photographed for class blogs etc.
Your child’s Personal Education Number (PEN) and instructions on how to assess these forms was sent home on September 27. The PEN is required to register to complete the forms.
Student verification forms were also sent home for you to review, make changes and return to school.
