Orange Shirt Day-Every Child Matters

Orange Shirt Day (September 30) is a movement that officially began in 2013.  It was designed to educate people and promote awareness about the Indian residential school system and the impact this system had on Indigenous communities for more than a century in Canada. Clinton will be sharing Phyllis Webstad’s story over the PA on September 30, but our Assembly will be on Friday, October 11 at 9:00 am.  Please wear your Orange shirts on Monday, September 30 and Friday, October 11.
